After School Care (ASC)

How does After School Care work?

After School Care (ASC) is available for PWS students enrolled in Full Day Kindergarten and Grades 1-8.

This program begins when class is dismissed and ends at 5:30 p.m. ASC consists of supervised care outdoor at the Machris Mariposa Campus.

Discounted rates are available when you prepay by semester, month, or day.

The PWS After-School Care Program provides a safe, natural environment in which children can climb, play, run, work on social skills, and be of service to their classmates, school, and larger community.

In our After-School Care Program, children are immersed in an environment reminiscent of many of our own childhood neighborhoods. Staff members, trained in First Aid and CPR, provide a program of the highest quality, headed by a trained Waldorf teacher who brings the principles of Waldorf Education into the After-School Care Program.
