Elves’ Faire Volunteers
Welcome to Elves' Faire season!
Pasadena Waldorf School's 37th Annual Elves' Faire will be held at the Machris Mariposa Campus on Saturday, November 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
With thousands of attendees, we look forward to the return of this magical fundraising and friend-raising day for our school. Producing the Elves' Faire is a big undertaking, and we thank you for joyfully supporting this important event with your time and talent.
Each PWS parent (preschool to high school) and students in Grades 6-12 volunteers for the Faire. Requirements are a bit different depending on which class you are in, so please be sure to read below for the Elves' Faire Parent Volunteer Requirements.

Elves' Faire Parent Volunteer Requirements
Kindergarten & Grades 1-12 Parents
Volunteer Shifts: Each parent volunteers for one shift during the Elves’ Faire shift (on Saturday), and either 1 Setup or 1 Cleanup shift before or after the Faire (Thursday, Friday, or Sunday.) Sign up for your shifts here: www.tinyurl.com/faire23
Angel Room Items: Each family crafts and/or donates 10 Angel Room items. Crafting workshops will be held weekly. Schedule coming soon.
Prize Drawing: Each family sells 10 Prize Drawing tickets to friends & family. The grand prize is always a trip to a beautiful location. Details coming soon.
Jack Frost Bake Shoppe: Each family bakes or donates at least 1 batch of baked goods for the Jack Frost Bake Shoppe.
Preschool Parents
Volunteer Shifts: At least one parent volunteers for one shift during the Elves’ Faire (on Saturday), and either 1 Setup or 1 Cleanup shift before or after the Faire (Thursday, Friday, or Sunday.) Both parents are welcome to volunteer if they wish!
Angel Room Items: Each family crafts and/or donates 5 Angel Room items. Crafting workshops will be held weekly on Wednesday mornings starting on October 12th at the Wishing Well.
Prize Drawing: Each family sells 10 Prize Drawing tickets to friends & family
Jack Frost Bake Shoppe: Each family bakes or donates at least 1 batch of baked goods for the Jack Frost Bake Shoppe.
